Data processed
We process email addresses, billing names and addresses, STL files, job IDs, status and result data, payment and invoice references, shortened network information, browser data, server logs and timestamps.
Purposes and legal bases
Upload, analysis, preview generation, STL delivery, payment processing and notifications are processed for contract performance and pre-contractual measures under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, audit evidence and support are based on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Consent records are processed under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR where consent is required.

International transfers
The payment provider and technical service providers may process personal data outside the EU or EEA. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and the providers' transfer documentation.
Retention

- Result files: 30 days; for paid jobs the period starts when downloads are unlocked.
- General job metadata: 90 days.
- Paid payment records: 2922 days.
- Our own invoice data and receipt or invoice references provided by the payment provider: 2922 days where required for tax and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Subject to statutory requirements, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
Terms and conditions
Service
The service analyses STL files, provides automated thermoformability indications, creates previews and generates non-binding STL form templates for private hobby and prototyping projects. Purchased templates are made available for download. They are not technically verified or approved tooling designs.
Upload rights
Before processing begins, you confirm that you hold all copyright, usage and other rights required for the uploaded files, that the upload, processing and use of the generated form template do not infringe third-party rights, and that you do not upload unlawful content. The service does not verify ownership of rights and gives no guarantee that the upload or use of the form template is free from third-party rights. You indemnify the operator against justified third-party claims and necessary legal defence costs to the extent caused by your culpable breach of these obligations. The operator's statutory liability under the liability section remains unaffected.
Rights to generated files
After purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use the generated STL files solely for your own private hobby and prototyping projects. Distribution, sublicensing, commercial series production and use for excluded applications are not permitted.
Payment, currency and PayPal
The price shown in the application is displayed in euros. If payment is made through Lemon Squeezy and PayPal, Lemon Squeezy may technically process the transaction in US dollars and PayPal may then convert the amount back to euros using its own exchange rate. The final PayPal charge may therefore differ slightly from the displayed euro price. The amount shown in the external checkout before payment confirmation is decisive.
Purpose and excluded applications
The service is an automated aid for private hobby and prototyping projects. It does not replace engineering design, technical approval, safety assessment, material testing or manufacturing advice by qualified professionals. Use is excluded in particular for medical devices, vehicles and transport, aviation and aerospace, child safety, personal protective equipment, pressure-bearing or load-bearing parts, machine safety functions, and any other application where failure could cause personal injury or substantial property or environmental damage.
Technical verification
STL files, analyses, previews and automatically generated form templates may be inaccurate, dimensionally incorrect, incomplete, non-formable or unsuitable for the selected material, machine or process. Before any use, you must independently verify geometry, dimensions, wall thicknesses, radii, stability, demoldability, material, process parameters and manufacturing suitability. A controlled test production run is required before use. An indication of expected demoldability is neither a guarantee of characteristics nor technical approval.
Liability
The operator remains fully liable for intent and gross negligence, culpable injury to life, body or health, fraudulent concealment of a defect, an expressly assumed guarantee, and mandatory statutory liability. For a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract at the time it was concluded. Liability for other slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Applicable law and international customers
German law applies. For consumers, mandatory protections of the country of their habitual residence remain unaffected where they cannot be excluded under applicable private international law. Country-specific mandatory rules may therefore apply in addition. Sales to the United States of America and Canada are excluded.
Withdrawal information for digital content
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right may expire when the consumer expressly requests performance before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledges the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal.
Both confirmations are requested separately before payment and recorded with the job and payment evidence.
